So today I got filmed for the BRP blog. They did a segment on me, asking me questions like where I’m from, what I’m doing at the dig and there’s a time lapse part where I do a small finds drawing. I think that’ll be up on the blog by tomorrow or so.

I’m staying in Bamburgh an extra week (from the 27th-4th) and apparently the director of the project is trying to get a really rare piece of gold from the museum for me to draw. I’ve seen it before, it’s super tiny and really detailed, so I’ll have to draw it under a magnifying glass, but it’ll be an awesome challenge and a great addition to my portfolio. That drawing, along with some masonry work at the chapel are going to be published apparently, so the directors have said they will give me full credit so I can put it on my CV.

Basically I’m a baller. Which you already knew.
